Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)

We’re on the lookout for a Procurement Process Specialist who thrives in a dynamic setting, loves improving systems and processes, and is eager to leave their mark on how Procurement drives value across Europe.

As part of our Procurement Excellence team, you’ll be at the heart of scaling up our operations, building smarter processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration across functions. You’ll work with Procurement, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to design and embed processes that truly make a difference.

Your responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end Procurement processes (Purchase-to-Pay, Source-to-Contract, Contract Management, Vendor Management, Supplier Performance).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, model, and roll out scalable processes.
Create clear process documentation, visual flows, training materials, and user guides that enable adoption and efficiency.
Organise and lead workshops, training sessions, and implementation initiatives.
Act as a superuser for Procurement processes and systems, helping colleagues navigate and embrace change.
Monitor effectiveness, track adherence, and proactively address process gaps.
Your profile
- A Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years’ experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong process mindset — with hands-on experience in process mapping, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to translate business needs into system requirements, working closely with IT and Finance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A change enabler who can influence, train, and guide colleagues at different levels.
- Fluency in English (other European languages such as German or Dutch are a plus).
- Flexibility to travel across Europe to adapt processes to local needs and support projects.
- You’re detail-oriented but never lose sight of the bigger picture.
- You embrace a fast-paced, scale-up environment, where priorities can shift and opportunities to improve are everywhere.
- You thrive on collaboration, building bridges between business, IT, and Procurement.
