About the Role

This opportunity is a 1 year maternity cover contract, with an ideal start date being July/ August 2021.

Location: Ideally based in Frankfurt, however we are open to having you based anywhere in Germany, with a remote working setup. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Review and approval of content requests (for financial data and financial market information) according to stock exchange/ supplier contracts

  • Close co-operation with international stock exchanges and data suppliers, including stock exchange audits

  • Being the contact person for our international sales team at home and abroad regarding data usage rights

  • Aggregation and generation of billings and content usage reports for the financial data providers

  • Checking incoming invoices and account assignment

  • Support in the further development of our reporting systems and processes





Who you are


  • You have successfully completed business studies or a commercial apprenticeship
  • Fluent negotiation skills in German and English
  • High level of commitment and structured way of working, always with the customer in mind
  • You are highly persuasive and have strong communication skills
  • You have the ability to quickly understand contexts
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel
