What you will do

Have you led international digital transformation? Join our team as Project Manager as we are building a better business for our EMEALA employees, customers, and suppliers! We modernize our IT landscape, streamline our processes, and better connect our businesses, employees and customers across our region.

The Project Manager is a key role in leading the deployment of ERP applications and processes. You will be focused on implementing project activities on time, and on budget, with measurable financial and operational benefits.

How you will do it

  • Ensure the successful implementation of the project across EMEALA in order to achieve a high level of adoption of new processes and the Oracle Fusion system whilst maintaining business continuity

  • Work with leaders of the deployment and country teams to ensure the timely execution of activities at the central and country level

  • Plan detailed implementation activities, starting pre-site readiness to launch aligning business, IT, Process and Change enablement activities

  • Identification of local domain experts to support UAT and Training activities

  • Act as the key point of contact for business country leaders – keeping them informed of progress and bringing up decisions where needed

  • Establish a cadence to collaborate with other deployment managers and leads, sharing lessons learnt, risks, and potential dependencies

  • Produce a weekly status report to the Program team, critical metrics reporting and status updates to share the deployment progress and outcome

What we look for

Required

  • Experience in ERP transformation and Business transformation deployment lead role (ERP implementation or large-scale transformation)

  • Skilled Program Management Practitioner with strong stakeholder leadership skills

  • Good communicator, mediator and influencer

  • Strong organisational skills to efficiently achieve desired outcomes

  • Background of remote working with the distributed team

Preferred

  • Proficiency in French, Spanish or German language

  • Certified in Project and Portfolio Management methodologies or Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt trained

  • Experienced in working for matrix organization

  • Practice in the introduction of best practices on PMO governance and deployment execution efficiencies by mentoring team members
