What you will do
Would you like to own the design and execution of training solutions that are aligned with the specific needs sales management teams? Would you like to play the crucial role in the skill building of selling, solution, and building of customer relationships for the Sales organization?
How will you do it
Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders , including Management and Subject Matter Experts
Identify, assess, and analyze business requirements and training gaps to design effective learning solutions
Build and monitor training roadmap for specific roles
Design training programs for new hire and tenured employees, leverage content with the peer Sales, Sales Trainers, along with partnering with the technical training group
Develop role-specific content development, identify delivery methods, and build assessments and tests.
Execute on learning solutions that impact large scale change in skill or behavior to your assigned learning group
Project manage the training programs end-to-end while collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve program objectives
What we look for
Required
Bachelor’s degree in business or education
Extensive experience in Sales or Operations Training, Sales Engineering and/or Sales Enablement role.
Previous Sales and Operations training experience preferred
Active knowledge of French and English language – written and spoken
Experience in Training Development and Delivery
Ability to travel up to 15%
Preferred
Systems experience with MS Office Suite, NetMeeting, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, SnagIt, Captivate, Flash,
DreamWeaver, Articulate
Knowledge of fire safety technology, products and market
