Join our international operations team in Munich! We are looking for an Quality & Process Manager (m/f/d).

YOUR TASKS
  • Administer a clear and transparent quality management approach throughout the value chain
  • Oversee and manage quality management topics in all geographical locations
  • Design and establish cost-effective QM processes, while ensuring the highest quality for our consumers
  • Define, generate, monitor and follow-up of all internal quality, productivity & efficiency KPIs
  • Ensure compliance to all production, assembling and warranty regulations, rules and conditions (e.g. MDR)
  • Develop and establish streamlined processes throughout the value chain in regards to quality management, control & systems
  • Advise and functionally lead quality control execution in Zurich & Munich operations hubs
  • Assume "Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance" role according to Medical Device Regulation
YOUR PROFILE
  • Proven experience in quality & process management
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Experience in certification (ISO, MDR) highly beneficial
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis, statistics and reporting
  • Self-driven & highly organized 
  • Open-minded, think out of the box
  • Well developed communication / win:win attitude
  • English (business level), German beneficial
