About the Role

Help us to inspire Infront customers with excellent service, product advice and customer focused solutions! To do this, we are looking for competent and enthusiastic team players to join our international pre-sales team and to accompany us on our journey to become the leading European financial information and technology provider.

In this varied and exciting role, you will use your knowledge of financial markets, portfolio management and technical know-how to advise new customers and assist the sales team in the pre-sales phase.

You will also be starting in an experienced team and be given the opportunity to learn and grow as a professional.

Responsibilities include:

  • Advising potential new customers as well as existing customers on our software solutions, with a focus on our Portfolio & Advisory Solutions products. You will assist the Key Account Manager in the support of existing customers and cooperation partners, as well as in the acquisition of new customers.
  • You will collect customer requirements, analyse them, and advise the customer with regards to their technical objectives.
  • Together with the customer and product management, you will develop the best possible solutions for the customer.
  • You will independently conduct product, solution and offer presentations tailored to our customer’s requirements.
  • You will support the processing of customer enquiries, tenders, offers and concepts.
  • You will support customer projects in pre-sales, working closely with product management and other sales specialists.
  • You will represent the company and our solutions at trade fairs, events and roadshows.




Who you are


  • You have successfully completed your university studies in Economics, Mathematics, Informatics or have a comparable education.
  • You have completed training within a bank or have gained initial experience in the financial sector, e.g. through relevant internships
  • Experience with an asset manager is an advantage
  • You are enthusiastic about capital market investments and portfolio management
  • You are highly analytical and have a very structured way of working
  • You really enjoy working with people
  • You speak fluent German and English - further language skills are a plus!
  • You are willing to travel within Germany, Europe and South Africa
  • You enjoy working across international teams
