Internal Sales Learning Program Lead

What you will do  

We are seeking out an Internal Sales Program Lead that will support the L&D Senior Manager, as well as the cross functional project leads, technical instructors, learning managers and support staff in various locations across the EMEALA. 

With your passion for learning and with the technical aspect you will be able to help deploy key learning programs across EMEALA. You will also closely partner with other members of the learning team globally. Your team will focus on employees, distributors and customers.

How you will do it

  • Experienced in leveraging learning technology to enhance the learner experience to accelerate learning and change to deliver business outcomes

  • Project Management ability to plan, deploy and measure learning programs & delivery

  • Communicate and manage learning timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across a spectrum of teams and stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to create content rapidly and leverage learning technology to build and deploy accessible, relevant, useful content.

  • Work closely with the L&D Leaders and partner with other Program Leads

  • Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of managers, instructors, SMEs and internal clients

  • Help implement metrics and evaluation protocols for learning deliverables in region. 

  • Understand technology in order to participate in the design of learning and performance support tools

What we look for 

Required 

  • An experienced from learning or technical area

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language

  • A vision and passion for learning and can execute that in the real world.

  • Experience collaborating with instructors, learning professionals, product managers, vendors, program managers and stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to create content rapidly and leverage learning technology to build and deploy accessible, relevant, useful content.

  • Strong writing and communication skills must be strong in order to clearly articulate processes and requirements

  • Excellent influencing skills with all levels of the organisation, and practiced in change management across a complex, multicultural environment

  • Realizes the importance of details in leading to impactful outcomes

  • Has personal ethics, does quality work and has a positive attitude

Preferred

  • Recent large complex learning project system experience

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Education, Content Development Instructional Design

  • Previous experience supporting teams who deploy learning across the EMEALA region

  • Experience working in multinational organisation

  • Knowledge of French language

  • Knowledge and understanding of our products or related industries
