What you will do

As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the execution and continuous refinement of multi-channel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and procedures in coordination with the sales teams and in alignment with the customer needs, to support sales and growth strategies. You will play a meaningful role in the implementation of our strategy in the Building Technologies & Solutions business unit within Europe. As a member of the European CRM team, you will form a link between Sales, Operations and Marketing as well as the CRM specialists with whom you will work closely.

How you will do it

  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the European organization encouraging growth, sales performance and ease of doing business

  • Plan and lead projects to improve the CRM system for all CE business units, sales channels, business partners and final customers in coordination and collaboration with European and global teams and partners

  • Ensure and implement segmentation of CRM data to capture product lines, sales channels and customer purchasing behaviors in alignment with global and regional strategies

  • Ensure flawless data capturing and critical metric at key points of customer and sales lifecycles and support sales operations with relevant dashboards and analyses

  • Champion and drive collaboration and consensus from all collaborators across the business to validate efficiency and user acceptance of CRM system

  • Participation and support of multi-functional QTC transformation projects

  • Support of regional CRM specialists regarding change management and required training activities as well as critical issues

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable training

  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar sales or business management role

  • Profound experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com) and data flow from backend to frontend

  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive a corporate initiative through a sophisticated matrix organization

  • Experience in an international environment

  • High degree of team spirit and flexibility as well as passion to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment, anticipate errors and effectively prioritize multiple projects

  • Strong project management as well as analytical skills,

  • Experience with change management

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written

  • Business proficient English is required, additional languages such as German, Spanish, Italian or French would be a plus

  • Location preferably around Düsseldorf (Germany) but not mandatory

  • Willingness to occasionally travel within Europe
