For the start-up of our location in the United States, we are looking for a pragmatic, independent, motivated, goal-oriented candidate for the position of:

Key Account Manager for Headhunting, Executive Search, Interim Management.
 

Tasks:

  • Start-up of a location in the U.S., SC, Greenville/Spartanburg area
  • New customer acquisition in the U.S. and abroad
  • Maintaining contacts with new and existing customers
  • Quotation and follow-up
  • Create job postings including candidate search
  • Executive search, recruiting and headhunting in the automotive sector
  • Management of customer and candidate data
  • Office organization, scheduling, correspondence and travel planning
  • Maintenance of the homepage and back office tasks
  • Other administrative activities related to recruitment / placement
  • Contact person for existing and new customers
  • Representation of the company
 

Profile:

  • A successfully completed commercial training or university degree
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in recruiting/headhunting
  • Experience and contacts in the automotive industry
  • Enthusiastic approach to customer service and sales
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Communicative knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Intercultural understanding
  • Reliability, openness, creativity and ambition
  • Ability to work independently
  • Readiness to travel
  • Team spirit and humor
