What you will do

As an experienced HVAC Technical Support Specialist & Trainer for our growing Distribution Europe team, you will deliver high quality partner experience and drive our European partners’ development towards a long lasting relationship.

You will offer technical support and train Distribution partners across Europe with key focus in Germany. In this role, you will be in continuous interaction with our customers, service and sales teams; remotely as well as on-site.

You will contribute directly to our growth plans by ensuring that our European distribution partners get the right technical support and training, thus multiplying their sales potential in their markets, strengthening our brand image and increasing our market share.

How you will do it

  • Interact with the team & partners to assess their service support and training needs, comprehend partner requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings to design and execute targeted technical training activities

  • Participate in voice of customer sessions to ensure partner development roadmap includes offerings that bring the greatest value to them in the means of service

  • Contribute to the development of our partners’ service skill sets on our products

  • Provide first line remote technical support to partner’s field engineers/ service technicians for commissioning, troubleshooting or other aftersales inquiries they can’t solve by themselves

  • Overview the warranty claim process providing technical support or advise whenever needed, (pre-) approve settlements or warranty related activities, monitor progress of claims and follow-up reimbursement process, internally and externally towards partners as per process and policies in place

  • Working with other departments (i.e. Parts, Sales) to make changes and/or to assist in the creation of deployment plans, training packages, sales strategies, process improvement and/or other relevant projects that might onboard service expertise.

  • Provide post-sale support to sales and operations with proposals, estimates and presentations.

  • Build positive partnering environment with Colleagues and Partners for growing together

What we look for

  • Proven HVAC Service experience ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of HVAC equipment and solutions: Chillers, Heat Pumps, Air Handling, …

  • Demonstrated customer service orientation with excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Forward looking mindset, open-minded and customer focused

  • Ability to deliver customer trainings both in German and English, including the design of content

  • Ability to coach, mentor and train remotely and on-site – willingness to travel regularly

  • Familiarity with MS Tools (PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel)
