What you will do

Are you experienced in internal communication & training? Is Cybersecurity your passion? Join us as Cybersecurity Communications and Culture Champion and play a meaningful role in growing the influence of the Global Information Security Awareness team, which strives to nurture a risk-conscious company culture. We are building cybersecurity awareness by producing content and developing global and regional outreach programs that deepen employees’ sense of responsibility and curiosity about cybersecurity.

The suitable candidate excels in document design within brand guidelines, has compelling writing skills, and is enthusiastic about sharing cybersecurity best practices as a presenter or facilitator in a global company.

This role collaborates with our cybersecurity teams (Incident Response, Information Protection, IT Governance), and other relevant experts in IT Operations, Corporate Communications, Learning and Development, and Data Privacy.

How you will do it

• Provide thought leadership and support for new outreach programs designed to increase employee engagement and cybersecurity awareness

• Develop an annual cybersecurity communications calendar and content for global employee audiences

• Deliver human risk-focused cybersecurity communications through approved company channels (email, internal sites, SharePoint, webinars, video channels, learning platform)

• Handle content translation processes with third-party translation vendors and internal reviewers for accuracy

• Facilitate regional and global informative webinars in collaboration with subject matter experts

• Support the design and delivery of the annual Cybersecurity Awareness Month program, with a focus on reaching audiences in EMEA and Asia Pacific region

• Provide quality assurance feedback on awareness materials, such as company policies, instructional guides, online learning modules, and related materials developed by the team

What we look for

Required

• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity topics; comfortable providing cybersecurity messaging and education to a global workforce

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a communications or training role

• Outstanding English for written communication, public speaking, and virtual presentations

• Organized and diligent about keeping records, managing time, and prioritizing tasks to ensure the effective delivery of urgent and time-specific communications

• Exceptional teamwork skills with a dedication to building internal partnerships, peer relationships, and supporting the education and growth of others

• Graphic design experience in Publisher and PowerPoint

Preferred

• Experience with creating cybersecurity or information security communication and training

• Previous collaboration with a global company

• Practice in facilitating small and large group discussions (virtual) for various skill levels and countries

• Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud or Microsoft SharePoint

• Screen casting and video editing knowledge

• Multilingual skills
