About the Role

We are looking for an individual with a legal background to be our next Contract Manager and to strengthen our team. In this role you will act as an interface between our internal departments such as Sales and Content and our international data suppliers.

  • You will be responsible for negotiating delivery conditions with international data suppliers (e.g. stock exchanges, news agencies, brokers, rating agencies) for client projects.
  • You will design, draft and review our supplier contracts in German and English and independently negotiate prices and usage rights.
  • You will support our Sales team in the RFP processes regarding commercial conditions for the use of e.g. stock exchange and broker data, news and rating agencies.
  • You will be responsible for the processing of changes in delivery conditions
  • You are the first point of contact for the Sales/ Product management units at home and abroad.
  • You will create the documentation of delivery conditions in our proprietary permission system.

 

 

 

Who you are

  • You have successfully completed a degree in law (although not a prerequisite, it would be a bonus if you've passed one or both of your state examinations in law)
  • You are business fluent in German and English
  • You have a high level of commitment and a structured approach to work, always with the customer in mind
  • You are persuasive and have strong communication skills
  • You have the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with technical content
  • You work carefully and purposefully, even when under deadline pressure.
