Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Retail Solutions

What you will do

• Qualify major accounts across Germany to further pursue sales opportunities of our Retail solutions (incl. hard- and software, AI, traffic Solutions), mainly in the Fashion segment

• Generate and qualify new leads, penetrate targeted new logo accounts

• Impact customer business strategy and sell solutions across the portfolio to establish innovations and growth opportunities

• Communicate with cross-functional groups and build strategic relationships with your customers

• Provide significant industry expertise and business acumen by selling higher level services, enabling competitive advantage for your customers in the marketplace

• Drive consistency between Sales strategy and content work managed by the Strategic Sales Support team

• Represent your deals and accounts in regular reviews to forecast the account activity

What we are looking for

• Proven track record in sales management / Key Account Management / customer relationship management

• Ability to sell software-based solutions and negotiating deals in a premium price segment

• Business/ financial management expertise

• Familiarity with project management methodologies

• Extensive understanding of the Retail Industry and its leading brands preferred

• Ability to work with cross functional teams in order to achieve customer objectives

• Fluent language skills in German and English mandatory
