About the Role

Our Professional Services team in Frankfurt are hiring! As a Senior Business Consultant, you will implement our products in our customers' system landscapes. In the area of Infront Portfolio Management Solutions, you will record the requirements in a structured manner and implement them. In doing so, you will support the sales department with cost estimates and solution concepts for the preparation of offers.
Responsibilities:
- You support Infront clients in implementing and using our Portfolio Manager products
- You manage the onboarding of new clients incl. project coordination/project management for these projects
- You are the point of contact for our clients and their questions regarding the Portfolio Manager products
- You work in close cooperation with Development and Content to adjust the solutions to the needs of our clients
- In your daily business you cooperate with Pre-Sales/Sales in sales cases for the Portfolio Manager product and with Product Management to enhance the Portfolio Manager products
- Furthermore, you deliver product training to clients and internal colleagues and improve training material and documentation for our clients continuously.
Who you are:
- You are a well organised team player. Communication is one of your strong suits. You see yourself in our core values: stronger together, own it and stay curious.
- You have a degree in Business Administration, an IT related field or a similar education
- You have broad experience in the area of market data
- You have good technical skills (e.g. how to use APIs and Data Feeds)
- You are service oriented with a consulting mindset
- Knowledge/ experience in the area of regulatory requirements for asset managers would be beneficial
- Your English and German skills are business fluent
